I struck a conversation with an old lady who was in line to see another movie (The Reader) and she told me she's watched Slumdog Millionaire three times and I can see why. It is a powerful movie worthy of many Oscars; it will leave you with a warm, happy feeling. I bet you this one will score a big audience.
Dev Patel delivered the most brilliant and intense acting I've ever seen. He deserves an Oscar as well. The city of Mumbai setting and the cinematography can not be more perfect. Go see it.
